Hello everyone,

Some time ago it was announced that non-citizens of Kinsarmar would no
longer receive the legal protection offered to them by our city's Canon.
Prior to this becoming law, it was necessary that it should pass a
referendum of the city's council. With a majority of the council voting
against such a change, it is my pleasure to reissue legal protection to
all guests of Kinsarmar who meet the requirements of our Canon, with
immediate effect.
