The Noble Panda bear is a symbol of the Nessaja bloodline; since ancient
times, including the great Panda War when the Empire fought for this
sublime bear, the Panda has been considered a royal animal and as such
receives royal treatment. The Panda is protected by my clan, and
unauthorized attacks and abuse upon the Panda or their habitat is
punishable by death. Lassoing, taming, manicuring and otherwise
harassing the Panda without permission is considered equally insulting.
The Nessaja are a noble bloodline, and the Panda is their noble bear.
Those of you who seek Pandas as pets should know that rogue Panda bears
are treated as rogues of resident guilds, for the purity of the Panda
race must not be sullied in servitude by undeserving masters.

If you seek permission to make one of the Panda your life companion, you
may pay 30k for a Panda license to the Nessaja clan, provided you are
not an enemy or a maggot.
