Whilst I do not agree about this licensing fee .. I suppose I would give
some credit for keeping them safe if that is what you intend to do. You
yourself acknowleged the fragile ecosystem in which they live and the
care that could be given over to them.
That said I'm sure no Panda of such a state would find honour being
undead or animated within Stavenn's walls. Nor would they flourish and
prosper let alone breed.

If you truly wish to see this animal live then guard it well. Along with
the habitat in which it lives. Stop the burning by the hand that falls
mainly by Stavennites .. and let new growth prosper much like the tender
shoot that falls to the ground and takes roots.

Otherwise you might find yourself indeed laden with gold but holding a
family symbol of an extinct creature.
