Greetings Aetherius,

I come before you all today on behalf of Prince Sharemihr of Anhir. The
Prince has named me guardian of his hounds and has requested that make
this known. Those of you who have taken his hounds without his leave or
have broken your oaths with him shall be given time to rectify your
position. I shall be speaking to each of you individually about this.
For instance, one of you has promised gifting the Prince with a personal
dance for the honor of having one of his hounds. I know that he has
looking forward to this and perhaps the impending drama his harem might
cause.

Having a Tazi hound from Anhir is an honor and privledge. It also comes
with a price. Having a hound signifies your oath to protect Anhir and
her citizens. For those of you who might have forgotten this oath, this
is your reminder.
