The Trabine Reserve

Greetings.

Please be aware that harvesting within the boundaries of the Trabine
Reserve is permitted only to those who are part of the Phoenix Reaches,
and that no groves may be placed within the Reserve without the
permission of the Yeste'tinu (governor).

These laws will be considered in place and in effect as of this writing,
and fines for overharvesting or harvesting without permission will not
be applied retroactively.

The law regarding groves will be applied retroactively, and if you have
a grove within the Reserve and have not already been asked to remove it,
you have six months to comply with this law.
