Antioch Laws regarding unaccompanied pets

Greetings,

Antioch would like to make it known and documented, that individuals
that are not citizens of Antioch are not to leave their pets unattended
within the City.

The gods blessed us with the ability to befriend and/or tame pets and in
so doing provided a safe haven for our animal friends. Antioch has
stressed to its citizens not to leave animals unattended, this rule
extends to the populace at large.

Those that leave their animals within the City walls unattended will be
fined. If there is a second offense, the owner will fined at a higher
rate, and the animal could very well be sent to the great kennel/stable
in the sky since it has been considered abandoned.

Anitoch is in favor of having pets, in fact, many of the citizens of
Antioch own them and keep them. The streets are filled with animals
belonging to Hunters, Arboreals, Wardens, Idras, and others, in fact,
there are more animals belonging to non-citizens than citizens that are
left roaming streets.

Some of you have been issued a message and a word of warning about
leaving your animals within the walls of Antioch. Consider the message
your first warning, after that, you will be fined.
