The construction in Egeria forest.

To Taven and Lord Fraian DeHayden,

I am writing on behalf of Khandava council to inform you that your
construction in Egeria must stop immediately. You seem to have violated
the terms that were agreed upon. The Caliphate would like to speak with
you, Lord Fraian DeHayden, concerning this matter. Please contact
Ysaviel at your first possible convenience. I have asked that the
workers go unharmed for now, but they have 3 months to comply with this
post or they will be forcibly dealt with. I truly hope it does not come
to that. Please contact us in haste to resolve this issue.
