The final word on DeHayden's house.

Greetings,

Sorry to once again post on this same issue, as I know it's probably
getting old, but here goes. Lord Fraian DeHayden met with the Council
leadership personally and spoke with us about his background and his
plans for the house. He provided blueprints and everything else that we
asked him for. He personally consulted the Lalwan elders about the
location. His house will be built. Furthermore, his workers are under
our protection. Our Minister of Security has asked me to ensure that
everyone knows there will be consequences if they are attacked again.
DeHayden has done absolutely everything in his power to ensure that we
are satisfied with the environmental impact of his house.
