It is my understanding that Kaelin has issued an order that all combined
work with Stavenn be halted until your referendum passes. I also was
under the understanding that cataclysm not be used accept to aid in both
defense and in support of military units in the field.

I am making public inquiry as to how a cataclysm was lead against
Kearin, who is only enemied because of Ryax's lies (somethine everyone
has tasted at one point or other) at Katsuma's direction, from within
Kinsarmar, and attended by Kryana, Vadush, Ashlar, Eldrigal and Amamir.

I believe that this action - a cataclysm for personal reasons from
within Kinsarmar and directed by Katsuma - is in violation of several
laws and agreements. I demand that Kinsarmar act accordingly.
