For too long have those of the Seasons stood by and allowed free reign
by the violent mongrels of the realm to run amok as they please, to
slaughter unreasoningly as they please, to pillage, plunder, rape, and
destroy with no thought as to learning from the years' passing.

For too long have those of the Wheel stood back, reasoning and pleading
with the world to give some thought to their actions and the
consequences they bring. Those of you who find yourselves branded an
enemy of the Wheel were not branded such for simply raiding Kinsarmar.
Whether or not I agree with you, I see that many of you have your
reasons for wishing to do so. However, to harm the paths of innocent
bystanders because they happen to be within range while you are
terrorizing others is anathema to the ways of the Seasons.

No more will we tolerate actions which stand to prevent the growth and
understanding of people who have never raised so much as their voices
against indiscriminate warmongers.

Further, arguing with those of the Wheel regarding being branded an
enemy is certain to cement the fact that the status will remain. I am
the ultimate mortal authority on the ways of the Season, and I will not
have it dictated to me by those who show no respect for them.
