Recently, Ithaqua has offered the Five Towers terms of a peace that is
unnacceptable. Kinsamrar will not pay you the sum of a hundred thousand
gold, will not give you the toxins of our allies, the Saboteurs, and
will not remove shrines of our Patron from the areas outside of Ithaqua
that were proposed. It seems that your lust for blood, and greed for
Kinsarmar's gold is irreconcilable at this juncture. At every turn,
Kinsarmar has offered the Black Pines peace, going as far as to offer
the unenemying of your citizens that have been enemied for this current
conflict. In response, Kinsarmar has seen raid after raid, and murder of
our citizens and guards.

Kinsarmar will not stand for this any longer. As of this moment, a state
of War exists between Ithaqua and Kinsarmar. May the Gods have mercy on
you, for we shall have none.
