Long has it been held that Kinsarmar serves as a barrier against the
Northern Rift. However, in recent times, Kinsarmar's attention has
turned elsewhere. I would like to officially announce that Kinsarmar
will no longer serve as a pro-active defense against Demons and their
handlers within the realms. We will leave such responsibility to
Antioch, Ithaqua, and whomever else wants it. Kinsarmar will remain the
primary defender against Horde transgressions, and our stance on Dark
Magick has not changed in the slightest.

Demoners who come within Kinsarmarian territory, be warned. Any aid
requested against a demoner, whether they be Magick by profession or
not, will be accepted. Demons will not be tolerated near or within
Kinsarmar.
