Celidon laws

Greetings Aetherius,

It seems as though most of you have problems with reading laws before
you enter a city or council even though you seek to be a law abiding
guest.

A note to all of you, unless you are a Hunter, an Asakii, a house owner,
a shop owner, citizen or a guest inside a home -with- the owner present
-without- waiving your rights, you are NOT covered by Celidons laws.

Waiving your rights to this status would include but is not limited to;
breaking any Celidon laws, avoiding a battle or there against the wishes
of the owner.

Another law to clear up is that of the demons. They are permitted to be
present within the Council and have been able to do so for quite a few
years.

For those of you who are unaware, the Pillar containing the Councils
laws is located at the Crest just outside the Council.
