I write to you this day to inform you that I have recently made my own
towne, that of Valin, the headquarters of the movement to crush Mathiu
and his traitorous vassals, and restore to Kinsarmar its rightful ruler.
The townesfolk there, its buildings, and public and private property are
under the protection of myself, and those who seek to aid in putting
down rebels.
