All restrictions put upon Stavenn citizens concerning Kinsarmar citizens
have been lifted. After recent actions taken by Duke Mathiu, plus a vote
made by the Ereges of Kinsarmar rejecting a non-aggression pact with
Stavenn, we are left with no other choice but to cease attempting to
create relations with the City of the North until the City of the North
opens it's eyes.
