Khandavan territories, one is required to seek permission from one of
the Caliphs or the Minister of Conservation, Rriane. The areas covered
include the Redwood Provincial townes. This is to ensure that the
animals are protected and well cared for. All ownership of said animals
shall be kept in the records of Khandava Council. Ergo, if you currently
own one, please contact one of the Caliphs or Rriane so that your name
and pet may be added to the scroll. If you are enemied to the Redwoods
and own a pet found within the Khandavan territories, please grant it to
