Antioch's 'problems'

Dear City of Sands,
Many of you don't like me. I don't like many of you. Sadly, despite
this, as a Magicker of pure Arts, it is my duty to do the best I can to
help your... Situation. I have information that may aide your
necromantic problem.
If there are any sensible Antiochans out there who love there city and
would like to use any information they can in order to help rid of the
skeletons, please contact me urgently and I will gladly help you.
I will not help enemies of Kinsarmar, though I am one myself, or any
enemies of the affliated guilds. Extremist magick-haters get lost, too.
