Aiding Kinsmarians in trouble

To the Duke of Kinsarmar and its Ereges,

I do apologize for rushing to your citizens aide when some nightmares
were attacking them. I am sorry for making their trip through Dis as
short as possible. As such I will not aide an Kinsmarian in need that I
pass or hear. My lesson has been learned that such helping is frowned
upon by the City of the North and apolize for such transactions.
