Sewers

Greetings, Aetherius.

It has been decided that, from this point onwards, those who are not
citizens of the Imperialate are forbidden access to the sewers of
Stavenn. For too long, the outside has been allowed to shelter within
Stavenn's walls and hunt within our city, enriching and strengthening
themselves while stealing those resources from Stavenn's own citizens.
Those days are over now. Non-citizens who are found trespassing within
our sewers will executed on sight. This post is the only warning that
will be given on this subject.

In a similiar vein, it has been decided that those individuals who hold
citizenship within the Council of Khandava are forbidden entry to the
city of Stavenn and her loyal townes. Khandavans found within territory
claimed by the Empire will be slain. Again, this post serves as the only
warning that will be given.

As a note, I would like to add that those peoples hailing from Celidon
and Kinsarmar are welcome within the walls of Stavenn, as are those who
choose to remain cityless, so long as they do not trespass within the
sewers.
