I'm writing a quick post to remind everyone about the current
Kinsamarian stance on non-Kinsamarians in the city. First, A quick qoute
from the Kinsarmar Canon to explain the law that is always in affect in
Kinsarmar on Guest:

Kinsarmar Canon, Page 5 "Guest" Article II states as follows: Citizens
of Antioch, Citizens of Ithaqua, Citizens of Stavenn, and members of the
Noctusari guild or class, Diavlous guild or class, Malignist guild or
class, or any member of an organization that Kinsarmar is considered to
be at war with and any creature or entity they hold loyal are not
considered guests of Kinsarmar. They are allowed to enter Kinsarmar and
are expected to follow the laws set out in this tome, however, they are
not protected by any of our laws.

Secondly, currently Kinsarmar will not allow the entrance of ANY
Stavennite or Saboteur in our borders. This law is over all of
Kinsamar's territory. Kinsarmar's Townes are included in this law and
can be treated with the same legal action as the City itself. You will
recieve one warning, than you will be enemied and charged with
Trespassing. If any city or guild is lacking in a copy of the Canon and
does not wish to have its members punished from lack of understanding,
you can access our Law book one room north of the Gates, or i'll send
you a copy to put in your respective Libraries.
