Deeds

Aetherius,

Currently a miscreant has thought it amusing to try to swindle your
money from you by purchasing blank deeds from Kinsarmar's auctioneer and
placing them up for auction. The deeds, when used properly, are intended
for auction of Kinsarmarian houses and shops. If the deed is a valid
one, you will be able to read or probe it to gather the specifications
and restrictions that apply.

If you are unsure if a deed is valid, contact the Master of Estates as
that position is to keep track of such auctions. If you currently own a
shop or house within Kinsarmarian territory, contact the Master of
Estates.

The control on the deeds proper ensures that only those holding the
highest offices of Kinsarmar may mark them for appropiate location and
details.

As for the person who chose to attempt to swindle Aetherius, when I find
you, I will make your identity known that those offended may carve your
interal organs from your body once I have added you to the statue garden
of my estate.

Sincerely,
Mathiu Kith'Vahni

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Solis, in the year 492 AD.
