By my order, the Ourobori that have spawned from Nysashgar are no longer
under the protection of the Malignists. While I can not speak for
Stavenn, those who slay Nysashgar's Ourobori will no longer find
themselves declared an enemy of my guild.

Doubtless this leaves many of you without something to fear. I apologise
for this and will attempt to rectify that situation as soon as possible.

Also, to Glendar - Leadership qualities can be found anywhere, be it
amongst those who aren't afraid to grasp power, or amongst the rats who
live in the sand. To suggest otherwise is simply foolish.

Unfortunately, those who have both true ability _and_ the courage to
grasp the opportunity to lead a group of individuals are few and far
between - Erana is one of the very few who does, and the only one who
currently stands as the leader of one of the three cities, or three
councils for that matter.
