For both our sakes, I shall keep the following post brief. The law of
Demon Neutrality, or that of allowing Necromancers along with their
entities into the council until the time that they do something to prove
that they are not worth the privilege, has been under review for a long
time within Celidon. The council's reasons are her own, but as such, it
has recently gone to a vote, and the majority vote has vetoed the law.
Therefore, Necromancers and their respective demons or hounds are banned
from the council walls, which includes Before the crest. Any seen with
their servants will be warned, and further breech of the law will result
in further punishment, which is obvious. Enough said.
