Since your guild has refused to enter combat, nor really venture outside
Kinsarmarian territory, it is not worthy of serving as an opponent in
War. This combined with your refusal to honor the terms of the previous
agreement proves your guild to be as worthless as originally thought. I
truly hope you are able to improve matters, as having lives, and able
bodies, wasted in such an organization is harmful to Aetherius as a
whole. Should any Lorekeeper wish to find out how to wage War and prove
themselves to be an actual Knight and not a shamed mouse with gleaming
armour, the Diavlous guild is accepting entrants.

No more shall the Diavlous attack Lorekeepers, or those of Kinsarmar
except if given a personal reason to do so. We have much better things
to do than waste time and energy waiting for mice to emerge from their
hole.
