Demoners and the Duchy

Stavenn and its associated demoners,

Due to the foolhardy actions of your ephors as well as the statement
made by your Imperator, all demoners and Stavennites are no longer
welcome on any portion of Kinsarmarian Territory and will be killed on
sight. You have Sparda, your Imperator's refusal to take action, and
those who chose to attempt to invade Kinsarmarian Territory to blame.
The Duchy will be willing to open negotiations with the leadership of
Stavenn when they choose to act like rulers once more. You have been
warned.
