Entering the Empire of Stavenn

Greetings Aetherius,

I would like to make it known again as it seems people don't get the
hint. If you are not a formal guest of stavenn, or a stavennite, you
will be warned by the towne guards, or city guards to leave the towne or
capital city immediately. Anyone found disobeying the guards will be
enemied from Stavenn and the towne (if that is where you were
trespassing).
