Since you hold no leadership position in your city I can only imagine
that you are speaking for yourself.

If this is the case, I invite you to please leave those walls of yours
and spend a bit of time in Nature's realm so that we can...discuss this
matter further.

Yes that was it. You would be amazed at the things I have been
forgetting as the years go by.

Or I suppose you could simply stay behind those walls and continue to
