Public News Post #2681

A small announcement.

Written by: Disci Prae Iriaen Nessaja, of the First Circle

Addressed to: Everyone

For those who know of me and may be curious, I have been doing a lot of
thinking since the demon controlling Stavenn stripped me of my titles
and essentially exiled me from Stavenn for promoting democracy. While
there are some individuals who have the will necessary to control a
force like the demons, it is too dangerous a power to be in the hands of
a general public. I am retracting my traditional stance on the subject,
as far as I am concerned, the demon powers need a much more severe set
of restrictions and controls than are currently in place. Stavenn had a
great responsibility as the ones who unleashed these powers on the
world, and I am of the opinion that they have failed to maintain
responsibility.

I would also like to apologize for the action many years ago in which I
possessed a panda with a demon spirit and forced it to dance for my
amusement. I was wrong to force such a creature upon one of the noble
Masked Bears, and should have spent the many hours of training to teach
it to dance instead of taking the easy way out. Mao Mao, please accept
my apology.

~I Nessaja.

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Fas, in the year 503 AD.
