with the Empire, has it not?

Yet, I find you harboring the rogue Diavlous, Aakrin, and your advisors
using his powers for their own gain. Would it not be more beneficial to
side with the Empire in this regard? After all, you will not have to
worry about being slain any longer, and will of course have free access
to the Empire's wares.

Naturally, I suspect you will decline, and as such, you and your council
are officially being given their final warning. The Empire of Stavenn
will not tolerate your harboring of the rogue Diavlous, nor the use of
his arts by your Advisors any longer without the proper respect and
recompense being given.

Should you refuse this final and most generous offer, you and your
council will pay in blood.
