I felt it best to place here the rules and conditions that come with
learning the Bardic arts on top of what you already know:

- No Stavennite, demoner or Anti-magicker will be taught the Bardic
arts. If this is done anyway, the culprit will be destroyed. Repeatedly.

- Kinsarmarians are allowed freedoms to choose to learn the Bardic arts
without having to receive permission first. Khandavans and Celidonians
are to be considered by the Soul of Music alone or at least three Bardic
secretaries' in agreement before they are granted the privilage of
learning.

- All workbench access is highly restricted. All goods needed:
instruments, sketchbooks and quills, will be monitored through the Bard
leadership and sold through them. If such precious commodities fall into
the wrong hands, ways will be sought to unburden them of such.
