Prophetess of Khandava,

Due to Khalim and Janea's synchronized attacks upon Antioch, which
assisted the undead raiding the desert that they were quite aware of,
as well as the Horde that we were also battling, I have no choice
but to view this as an act of war.

I'm giving Khandava precisely three months to impose severe punishments
against the two of them, including, but not limited to, outcitizening
and enemy status. Should the desert not be satisfied in your response
to this disgusting teamwork of orc and forestal, I shall be forced to
mobilize the Legion, and lay waste to your townes.
