Wytchen

Due to repeated smudging of Kinsarmarian totems, Wytchen are no longer
allowed access to our city or our townes except by government escort.
Any wytchen or limorasi found without an escort in Kinsarmar will be
killed and enemied immediately. This is the only warning that will be
given.

Stavennite wytchen are not permitted entrance to our city under any
circumstances, as before.
