Firstly, if you would take the time to consider your resume, you would
realize that you're the only one who could think highly of you. After
your, shall we say, mediocre attempt at overthrowing Kinsarmarian rule,
then your failure in Stavenn to use what you considered power to
influence
Kinsarmar, and last, but not least, your own inept, and continued,
attempts to achieve status in Celidon, the fact anyone could read your
rants and not die of extremely fits of giggling is a testament to their
self-control.

Second, she can't be that bad a leader. People actually put her
in control of things, whereas your only chance comes at a measly ten
million gold, and Celidon's desperate attempt to have a guild that
isn't ashamed of its home.
