The delusional ranting of a heart broken puppy, I see. I don't suppose
you've failed to mention that your departure from the Empire was with
your tail tucked between your legs, and with wet trousers. The only
blood that lingered was that of your own upon my guards' blades, and my
Warlord's dirk. Or perhaps your manipulation of demons, though I'd give
your soulmaster the credit for that, as you were far too cowardly to
fight that battle yourself. Quite a sight it was, to see you flee from
the Empire to cower behind Celidon's siege, still wielding the demonic
powers you tucked tail from.

I am aware that weak-minded individuals do let their tender emotions
overcome their rational thought. I am also aware you were incapable of
controlling yours. My only regret is letting someone so needing of love
and emotional attention lead the Empire in battle. Fortunately, my
Warlord needs no emotional attention to quench her desires. Perhaps you
could take some lessons from this woman.

A heart so tender, that it can change the man who once let himself
become a Demon Lord, to swear loyalty to the forests and plants he once
worked against. Truly an endearing and inspiring story. I am not
surprised it only took a month for a former Demon Lord to swear fealty
to the cherry blossoms and squirrels that are scattered amongst the
forest floors.

The bloodtrail left from your bleeding heart truly disturbs me. One
would not think a man could bleed so much, for so long, and not die.
