Have you ever lived within a desert, not passed through or raided in,
but -lived- within a desert? Morals, ethics, such words hold no
definition in relentless heat, blistering desert suns, freezing desert
nights, drought, nor sand storms.

What you observe and judge as weakness is nothing more than natural
adaptation. The desert watches over those who learn to fend for
themselves. The things we should hold sacred are our lives, the lives of
our fellow desert citizens, and the purity of life without any form of
magick or daemon. This sacred truth is cornerstone of our foundation and
we stand firm on it still.

The beliefs that bring the desert to thrive are not hinged together on
the points that you levy against us. Nor are these beliefs proven or
enhanced by such, moral uprightness, you deem we lack. Morality comes in
many shapes and forms and is balanced and judged according to culture.
Culture changes, grows, adapts, dies out, and returns and so on. We grow
stronger. We adapt. The desert marks us and strengthens us with her
trials and tribulations.

Hate is too light a word to waste in expressing the thoughts some feel
towards taint in all its forms. In many degrees that same expression is
applied even stronger against those that have chosen to take divine
gifts or sacred truths such as The Way and pervert them with the farce
of the gift of magicks.

What you see as indecision and weakness is nothing more then a line in
the sand. Take your beliefs on how you feel the anti-magickers should
act back to where ever it is you call home, Mage. I am sure your
speeches on morality are much more use within those tainted walls then
in a city you don't have the right to step foot in.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021
