Greetings,
This was stated earlier, but apparently was lost in the bustle of the
past. This post is simply restating visiting rights within Celidon.
These rulings are not going to change, and you will be held accoutable.
Leadership, please make sure your fellows know of this.

-Those who have contact with demons are not welcome in Celidon. You will
be given a single warning to leave if you're there in peaceful
existence. None if you're in our walls to harm.
-Those of the non-magickal professions may visit, but ONLY if they are
escorted. These escorts must be assigned by an Advisor, or Guardian.
Nobody else has the power to grant you an escort. If you lack an escort,
you'll be asked to leave. Should you fail to immediately follow this
request, the guards will escort you. Should you come dealing arm, no
warning will be given.
-Those of the magickal professions are welcome within the council as
their pleasure, providing no harm is intended or practiced. Such acts
will result in the guards escorting you out.
-None who are not of our citizen ranks, are allowed in our sewers
without an escort. Those of the magickal professions may request an
escort to hunt there. None others may. You'll be given a single warning
to leave our council if found there.
-Those of the roguish non-magickal professions may apply for a special
allowance to be within our walls without escort. These are rare, and not
granted often.
