Greetings to you all.

I am come before you all as a representative of the Lady Cassiopeia.
This
message however is directed solely at the Citizens of Celidon. In the
past the Lady Cassiopeia has welcomed those of your Council that have
wished to seek out and learn of the Lady's realm and Her ways. We have
kept our Congregation open to people from all walks of life. The one
thing however that the Lady despises the most, the one thing that She
will never allow Her Children to know, is the taint of the Demonic
influence that infects all that it touches. The same influence that now
has a hold over Celidon.

I regretfully announce that due to these unfortunate circumstances, we
have decided to ban all citizens of Celidon from joining the Lady's
Congr-
egation. Any attempt to join will result in removal and you will be
shunned, unable to join the Congregation until such time it is lifted.
We do not do this willingly yet we must protect the foundations upon
which
our Congregation and Order was created. If and When the status of
Celidon's stance on Demons is more in alignment with the Lady's views
the Congregation will re-open. The Lady will welcome back Her lost Chil-
dren into Her loving embrace. Until then we have no choice...
