Lets all review the fiction in question. Just so we're all on the same
page.
You read what is written on a preserved letter:

"Not really, no. Not so long as your city is completely unwilling to
unenemy me for charges they can't even support."

"Not for some time, no. The political structure here is random and right
now I need to run a tight ship."

"The problem with sigils, is they have names on them. So no, not even
that right now."

"Although, if you get me unenemied. I'll tell you where you'll gain
access."

"Heheh, help me get unenemied and you won't be unhappy with what I
offer."

"If you're able to do so, let me know and I'll point you in the right
direction for eyes."

"You know what, forget it. I was going to have our guild shop be a towne
shop so you could have access to it fairly easily. But if you can't keep
to a simple agreement I'm not going to go out of my way to possibly face
war to help you out. -that- was going to be my thanks to your empire.
something I could do without really breaking any rules. but you're more
interested in letting people be jackasses instead of this, so
nevermind."

"You're seriously missing the point of having access to a shop that will
have full stocks constantly Isadarr. And I fail to see where Stavenn
bends over anywhere at all. Celidon agrees to the exact same thing
Stavenn does, and offers wares Stavenn doesn't have easy access too.
Stavenn makes better out of that, not Celidon."

"No, it WILL be there. but not if you're going to pull out of a simple
agreement that benefits us both. the access cannot be a formal part of
it, it simply will be there. but I refuse to put it out there to make
your lifes insanely easier, if Celidon has to put up with that. I've
never lied to you Isadarr, and I've taken care of every problem you
presented to me from my citizenry, even while you flat out spit in my
face when I speak to you about yours. You can take my word on this, and
gain far more then we gain, or you can not."
This man is unhinged. The Empire refuses to negotiate with him. I hope
you find this information as amusing as I did. I sincerely apologize for
allowing the citizens of the Empire to stand in your path when you were
decimating their lands. Had I been subjected to the amount of idiocy he
has shown these past few months over his personal status with the
Empire, I would of likely joined in on the festivities myself.

Imperator
Lady of the Damned
---------------
A few random messages reported there are perfectly accurate. Most of
them are edited, or simply fiction. The topic of the conversation that
she pulled out of context to...annoy you? Was Stavenn breaking an
agreement with Celidon concerning keeping attacks out of each other's
homes. The second topic was that yes, I was in fact attempting to get my
enemy status removed there. Using messages from these two conversations,
Stavenn has managed to convince you of some rather unamusing things.
My stance is very well known in Celidon concerning the sales of our
wares to Demoners. I authored the changes to our sales laws when
Khandava approached us with concerns. I pushed personally to re-enforce
the escort laws of our home. I authored the laws that cleaned our
forests of non-magickal shrines. I refused to thank Dregaur for coming
un-wanted or un-asked into our council to fight people. Every single
member of my guild knows exceptionally clearly that Demoners are -never-
to be sold too. Every member of my home has watched me fight, kill or
die to any demoners who invade our lands.
I come to your last month, informing you that we had made it clear to
Stavenn that we would under no circumstances be selling to Stavenn. And
this month they decide to have fun and forge things, and you believe
them? You can decide to side with a demoner on this, and believe them
when they wish for you to believe what they say for their ends. Thats
your call. But we've taken every action possible to ensure that our
wares do not end up in that city. We even took the action to approach
people we know dislike us to ask if they would aide us should it be
required.
Despite the fact that you dislike me entirely, do not blind yourself to
the fact that those you have accused me of consorting with, is who you
are believing in this. We are not your enemies, they are. We are not
selling our wares to them, and we are dying for it. So please, consider
who you're getting your information from before moving forward. I
contacted the mages and installed your price lists and your restrictions
list and your illegals list. All without even bargining to change
anything. As a sign of good will and good faith from us to you.
They are attempting to use your hatred of me, to make things worse
between us. Please don't side with a demoner on this. The information
sent you is false.
