Aspect, I am declaring war upon the northern city of Kinsarmar. His need
to cower and hide at your crossroads to keep himself alive makes each of
you guilty of harbouring him from his inevitable fate.

If you wish to act as his meatshield, then expect to be chipped away
until the coward is revealed.

Until such time as your Duke relinquishes his control upon the monolith
in his posession, the war shall be in full and bloody effect.

May terror reign down upon your streets and drench you in the deaths you
all so rightly deserve.
