I find myself in a situation where I don't have to hide my feelings
anymore, and truly, I think it is time someone made a point of this.
Your leadership, between you and your husband, has driven the Idras into
a point of near disrepair. You may say all you want about my being sore
about being outguilded or any of the such, but I have many points that I
can bring to you that would prove otherwise.

You worry about these wormholes that keep appearing in your guildhall.
Well I must say that they can be troublesome if a guildmember doesn't
take the correct steps to enter...but what about these many people that
can't? Your guild is coming to the point where being a predator, the
sole basis of its creation and tradition, is becoming obsolete. Why, two
of your secretaries aren't even predators themselves. Now, I understand
that some people may not have the capacity to learn skills of two
guilds, truthfully, it was quite difficult myself to give up a previous
profession when I joined. But the numbers of non-predators in your guild
is ridiculous.

That is just one problem, and I know quite a few more that I would be
glad to bring up to you, but for the first time in my life, I have to
agree with Ananas. Continue this way, and your guild will die. I hope to
see some improvement soon. It would make me quite depressed to see a
guild that was as strong as the Idras dissolved into nothingness because
of an incompetent leader.
