Khandava's "Advocate of Conservation" starting forest fires.

Just in case Khandava thought this was going to pass by without
announcement, I am here to disappoint. Fires still burn in the wooded
vale of the modin valley. Khalim, whom research will shows holds the
title of "Advocate of Conservation" in Khandava, started said fires. He
intentionally traveled to the forest area outside of Stavenn and set
traps for Stavennites, then intentionally lit the forest on fire as part
of his tactic when we approached him.

I was quite annoyed when Khandava attacked Celidon in an attempt to help
subjugate it to the city of Kinsarmar. Now they literally burn the
forest as part of an attack. This is the behavior of a council
supposedly dedicated to the protection of nature. While it's not my
place to deal with such things, I do feel that it would be good to post
it publicly in case Khalim and his supporter Rayalan choose to try and
hide the event from public knowledge.

I would like to apologize to Nico, who tried to put the fires out but
was attacked. While that was very unfortunate, they should not have been
started to begin with.
