Message from the Redwoods

This is the official message from the Redwoods. Antiochans are no longer
welcome in Khandava Council, and territory. They will be enemied if seen
trespassing. An official message was sent to the Farah four months
prior, but she has not seen fit to tell her citizens, so we shall. In
addition, for you Stavennites. You're not welcome either, in case you
didn't get the message.
