Greetings Aetherius,

This scribing is in reference to the laws of Ithaqua concerning the
selling of arrows and our own actions towards those that are able to
sell outside of our own forests.

-It is the agreement with Antioch that all Antiochians place orders with
a specific Mukhtar that they can find out about from their own council.
Any of those caught purchasing from outside these terms could find
themselves in trouble.

-All those outside of our territories caught selling arrows to anyone
outside of these terms will be enemied and hunted by Ithaqua until such
a time that their actions cease. Those creating them for themselves, so
long as they are not aligned to magick or demons, are fine - it is only
the exchange of arrows to others that is the higher concern.
