Greetings Citizens of Stavenn,
Many of you have come to me asking when we'll grow bored of fighting and
end this war. I tell you what Celidon's peace offering was, and you
appear surprised we're still fighting if what I said was true. So
apparently somewhere along the way the offering we gave your leadership
was either not relayed to you, or was not relayed honestly.

I'll tell you the exact same offer we've made to your last three
Imperators. Its simple, its to the point, and its sole goal is to end
this pointless war you're being driven to continue.

-Celidon would agree not to attack within your city, nor within the
Ravena hills.
-Stavenn would agree not to attack within our Council, nor within the
Western Celidon.

That is it. That has always been it. We've been open to including all
townes as well, but wanted to leave it simple and to the point as to
avoid complications your leadership might object with. All that we
require to end this war is that your leadership agrees to and upholds
these terms.


Things Celidon will never, ever agree too despite how many times your
leadership demands it:
-Providing Alchemy. Not going to happen.
-Unenemying people who exterminate. Some of you hurt the woods in an
attempt to hurt Celidon. That doesn't hurt us, that hurts the woods. You
can get unenemied through normal channels. War demands will never be one
of those channels.
-Gold. I'm sorry, but we see absolutely zero reason to pay you for
starting a war with us. Not going to happen.



We've gone over what Celidon will accept, and what Celidon will not
accept. We believe that the same terms we've left on the table for years
now are exceptionally forgiving and decent. If you wish an end to us
killing you, have your leaderhip agree to them. Should your leadership
refuse, replace them. There are more then enough of you to over-run the
stupid caste system they are making you slaves with.

The other option of course, is to simply quit Staevnn, or stay graced.
We'll accept either and leave you out of the war thereafter.
