Greetings fellow Noctusari. This month I received a question
from Spex: "What must I do to have my enemy status removed?" I
searched the list of known Skaadi and found that he is in the
most severe section.

However, it is not written what he must do - if there is
anything he can do - to redeem himself. It is his intention to
rejoin the Empire. Obviously to do so, he must first be removed
from enemy status from all of the Empire's guilds.

That being said, it is also his intent to rejoin our ranks as
a Noctusari. Once more, I did my research and informed him that
he is on the list of those banned from ever joining our ranks
again. However, he had these things to say:

19) Spex: "I'm willing to do, whatever it takes."
20) Spex: "Thank you. Please convey my deepest regrets."

I told him that I would make his intentions known so that he
would have the fair chance of everyone knowing and making a
group decision. In all honesty I am confused as to his motives.
In speaking with him he did seem truly sincere. On the other
hand, let it be known that Aten - only moments beforehand - also
voiced his intent to join the Empire.

All of this being said, I leave his punishments, tasks, and
possible (as ultimately all things are possible) reinstatement
to you. Whenever someone has the chance, please contact him with
what he must do to remove his enemy status.
