Another of your citizens broke the treaty with Celidon, and without
cause attacked and killed one of our citizens. When the issue was
brought to your Imperator to have the treaty upheld, he spit in our
face. Which really isn't that surprising, but we figured we'd offer
Stavenn's citizens one last chance.

Replace Reznok as Imperator and kick him from Stavenn. You have until
the first of Artificium to do this. If this is not done, then we will
consider his actions to represent all of Stavenn. The treaty will be
null and void. And we'll go back to how things were before. Your
population dead and miserable at a war started by your leader's
misplaced pride.

Reznok's actions can start you another war, that will quickly return to
the likes of the last. Or you can put someone in charge who knows how to
keep their word. I leave the choice to you.
