The Council of Ephors has come to the following conclusion regarding our
war with the Forest Council of Celidon.

The Stavennite Empire sees nothing to gain or lose from the continuation
of this war. As of this moment, we will cease attacking your Council
directly, or her townes.

Failure to do the same for the Empire and her townes will result in a
continuation of this irritating and senseless conflict.
