Ceasefire

Celidon Council has come to an agreement with the City of Stavenn. The
terms of peace are as follows:

-ANY forest enemies of the Celidon Council may approach the Advisors to
be unenemied, for a fine of 10k, and a promise to not exterminate and/or
set fires.

-Raids and fighting in the Ravana Hills and Western Celidon will be
restricted. Personal conflicts can be taken elsewhere.

-Stavenn will punish any exterminators or arsonists.
