To start out with I will thank you all for taking the time to read
through this.

No matter who you vote for, I am sure that the one who makes GM will
improve the guild greatly.

To be honest I was not sure if I should run just yet, but with much
thought and persuasion, I have decided that I will try. As the saying
goes you will not go anywhere in life, if you never try. You will never
better the world, if you never try.

My Goals and Plans If I make GM:

1.)I will be switching around the Requirements of being a Novice Aide.
Adding in an oath they take if they pass smaller set requirements. There
will also be more Unity with the Novice Aides. It is not about who helps
out more novices, it is about guiding and teaching to the best of your
ability. I also feel there should be a slight difference in the types of
Aides. For not all Novice Aides are Combatants, nor do all know how best
to handle certain situations. I think it would be a good idea to set
aside Aides for Combat and Aides for general help.
2.)As Jarconma has so nicely put it, there should be changes in the
Sects. There are some that seem to have gone Dormant over the years and
with the help of Laethus, Jarconma and a few others I feel that bringing
these sects to light will be helpful in unifying the guild. How I would
do this is by giving those within certain sects, tasks that are to be
completed in a certain amount of time. By doing this, it will give them
practice and no longer have their sect dormant.
3.)We as Spectres are here for Kinsarmar, as you all know. Kinsarmar
seems to be overlooking this and we have been placed on the back burner,
as Jarconma has stated. Hopefully we can bring light to the Duchess,
allowing her to see what great use we actually are for her, and the
city.

I know I may be missing a lot of things from this, my goals and plans
for the guild. But if I get the spot as GuildMaster, I will be more than
willing to listen to ideas and suggestions. It is only when the entire
guild contributes, that the entire guild grows.
