Ultimatum for Kinsarmar

Written by: Mortificare Ihsan Nessaja, Chosen of War
Date: Saturday, August 30th, 2008
Addressed to: Duchess Lalitana Chytovil, Wintermuse

The time has come again for us to remind you of your place. For too long
we have tolerated your rebellious notions of 'freedom' and
'independence' when it is all too easy to accomplish what our forebears
should have done the moment you attempted to rise up and usurp
Stavennite authority.

By the sword we will do what should have been done to you rebellious
worms more than an age ago if you do not submit to our demands. You are
being given an ultimatum. If the Duchy of the Five Towers does not begin
yearly shipments of alchemical items to the Stavennite Empire, your
worst fears will be made flesh.

The nightmares your children have in the night will come true. The
Imperial Legion will put the torch every town, every village and every
home even within your city walls. We cannot be stopped, the Lord of
War's Will shall be done. And you will not weather the storm.

I trust you will make the right decision for your people, Duchess.

- Mortificare Ihsan Nessaja, Lord of the Storm

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Ultio, in the year 558 AD.
